Dear manager, can you please train your employees on how to accept gift cards through the Yogurtland app? Every time I come to this location, the employees are confused what I'm trying to pay with. The app says "Scan to Pay" and I have a gift card loaded onto my Yogurtland app. Last time, the worker even tried to call the manager for help to no avail. Workers are awesome, just that the manager is MIA. After I'm done using up whatever is on my gift card, I'm never touching Yogurtland gift cards. At least not at this location.
Great concept, tasty yogurt with many different tastes (so rare in US), you get to choose which you take and how much - pay by weight. If you've never been here, it's a must. If you were - you're sure to come back.
Not the best experience this time. I was excited to try Yogurtland in San Jose, but honestly, it didn’t live up to expectations. The yogurt flavors felt a bit bland, and the texture wasn’t as creamy as I’ve had at other locations. Toppings didn’t seem super fresh either.
Small little place with good amount of choices of frozen yogurt. The price seems to be a bit more expensive than I remembered it. Bought 4 reasonable cups and it costs me about $33. The atmosphere is nice and quiet. There are seatings outside which is nice for summer outings with the little ones. Varieties of yogurt to choose from. My kids asked for a few sample cups to try the new flavors. Most of the flavors are quite sweet for me. The original flavor is still the best. Good amount of toppings to choose from and seem fresh too. Love the cheese cake and mochi toppings the most.
Decent YL location. Tables could have used a wipedown.
