York not only creates beautiful floral arrangements; they have amazing customer service. There was a problem with delivery (not York’s fault); they called me to let me know, and then provided several possible solutions. It took a week to deliver the flowers(again, not York’s fault); they were persistent, and full of integrity. It was my first time using York; now I won’t go anywhere else!!!
My favorite Aunt, Aunt Kay, lives in DC and turned 93 today. I have sent her flowers every year since I can remember and York Flowers have been awesome every year. I just finished a call with Aaron, who works at York, and she was very pleasant and extremely helpful. They are getting my Aunt a Christmas Poinsettia and flower arrangement and delivering it same day. Great floral shop, great people, trustworthy! Thanks Aaron for making my Aunt's Day!!!!
Born and raised in the district, I now live in North Carolina. My parents and siblings are all still in DC. I didn’t get a card in the mail in time for my father’s birthday. And it was so nice to be able to go online, find you guys And have a beautiful arrangement and a balloon sent to him in time for his 95th birthday. I got lots of pictures that they took and sent to me and the arrangement was beautiful! I even got a text from the delivery person letting me know that they were 10 minutes out from arriving at my parents’ apartment. That was especially nice because I was able to give them the heads up to go downstairs to collect the delivery from the front desk. Thanks guys.
Amazing service! Needed to send flowers, a card, and balloon to the local hospital for a new baby. The associate was so kind to help me pick all items over the phone and get the delivery out same day. They did an amazing job and the new mom loved the surprise!
I called York Flowers desperately trying to find a bouquet of white roses for my parents anniversary dinner. Not only did they have the flowers I wanted, but the customer service I experienced was wonderful. The lady I spoke with helped me understand my options in terms of vase, accent flowers, bouquet size, and helped me coordinate the delivery of the roses to the restaurant my parents were dining at since I am out of state. Everything was executed perfectly and I couldn't be more grateful 🙏🏾
