I’ve trusted Imke Cervantes with my hair for many, many years, and she is always on point! Imke knows exactly what my hair needs and what I want. She’s skilled, consistent, and such a joy to visit. I genuinely enjoy the experience of getting my hair cut — and as an introvert, that’s saying something! Her salon is super easy to access, right off Huebner and I-10, near great shopping and next to Ajuúa Mexican Grill. Years ago, I made the mistake of going elsewhere while out of town, but I won’t make that mistake again. It’s wonderful having someone who truly knows my hair and knows me through every season. She has all those 5-star ratings for a reason — great stylist; great human!
Imka has been cutting my hair for over 10 years now and she has never failed me! She has always been honest with what kind of cut would look good on me and I truly appreciate that. She also cuts my kids hair and has always made us all feel comfortable. She’s easy to talk to has such a beautiful, warm spirit. 🙂
Your Time Salon is the absolute BEST! Imka is an expert in the hair industry! I'm obsessed with the top-notch haircuts she gave my 3 children (my kids are too). I've never seen them happier. She was extremely patient and took the time to understand each of their hair types (my kids each have their own - thick, curly, and fine) and shared helpful hair tips for each of them afterwards. She also matched their hairstyles to the sample pictures they brought with them. Imka booked ample time, so we were not rushed between clients. She gave them luxury salon-level treatment with looks of confidence. She also accommodated our same-day appointment, when every other salon was booked (due to the school year starting on Monday). I only wish I found Imka and Your Time Salon years sooner. I'm a first-time customer and will be back for not just for my kids, but my hair too! If you want high-quality salon service at affordable prices (that's the other thing, very inexpensive prices), look no further than Imka and Your Time Salon. This place is truly a hidden gem!
I took my 4 year old here for her first haircut. She has tons of long, thick hair and I didn't trust a kids' stylist to take the time with her it would need. Imke did a wonderful job and was so patient with her. Scheduling was easy and convenient to do online.
It's truly a hidden gem! She was able to get me in last minute which I was so thankful for. She was easy to talk to and super kind the whole time. I couldn't reach my head to wash my hair due to surgery, and I felt so much better after she got me feeling like new again. She's got a good sense of humor and an even better hand at styling hair! The shop was clean and very cute, I could not recommend her enough! Definitely will be back 💞💞
