He was very upfront with one of my plated rings how the resizing would affect the plating. I asked for it to be done in a short timeline, and he was able to get it done quickly for me! Zaki resized my father's family ring to my size, and I'm so happy with the result. This ring has a lot of memories for me and my family, and he took the time to get a good sense of its current state and plan the resizing carefully to make sure it lasts. He also advised me on the state of the stone mounting so I can be prepared for a repair later on. When I picked it up, I was stunned by how wonderful it looks - he gave it a full polish including the intricate details of the carving. He went above-and beyond to make my family heirloom look like new; ready for another hundred years. Above-and-beyond service for a ring resizing! Before and after photos are attached. Zaki's shop is so convenient on Market Street, and he was friendly and professional for both drop-off and pickup and on the phone. I was able to just walk in without calling ahead or making an appointment.
