Zito movers were great! Super efficient and careful. Got our moving job done quickly even when they had to brainstorm some logistics (and they brainstormed well too). Very friendly and professional, and more than reasonable pricing too. Very highly recommended.
Had Zito move me from Lancaster to Lockport. The team was very communicative and excellent movers. Price was very fair. Moved an 1100 sqr ft house in about 5 hours. Highly recommended!!!
I used Zito Movers to move into my new home and was extremely impressed with the service I received. Joey was the crew leader I dealt with, and he was very professional, just like the rest of the team. I was expecting maybe 2–3 movers, but they showed up with 6–7 guys, which made the move go incredibly fast. They were extremely careful with my belongings and followed my instructions exactly when it came to handling and picking up items. Not a single item was broken or damaged during the move, and there were no scuffs or marks left on any walls or doors. Booking and getting a quote was super easy, and their pricing was right in line (or even slightly cheaper) than the other companies I reached out to. On top of that, my final price ended up being lower than the original quote because the move went more smoothly than expected. Overall I had a great experience with Zito Movers and would definitely recommend them.
My boyfriend and I just moved into a new home together. We both used zito. We both had different crews on different days and both crews were nothing short of amazing. Truly the best moving experience ever. I even asked them to make an extra stop and pick up appliance for me and they were beyond accommodating. You can tell this is a locally owned family business who cares about their employees and this translates to customer care and experience. Don’t hesitate to use Zito, we will never use anyone else. We chose Zito’s Moving Company based on strong reviews and recommendations from friends, but unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The movers showed up three hours late with no phone call or communication about the delay. We were starting to think they weren't coming and were hustling to figure out where we would spend the night. We later found out we were the third move of their day, and it showed. The crew was clearly exhausted and frustrated. At one point, we even overheard one of them say, “This is the worst move. This will go down in history as one of the worst moves ever.” Not exactly confidence-inspiring. They spent over five hours going between our two homes, which seemed excessive for the scope of the move. They got stains on my couch and left cigarette butts and soda cans in our yard—a clear lack of respect for our home and property. Overall, this move felt rushed, disorganized, and unprofessional. I expected care and communication, but got neither. Based on this experience, I do not recommend Zito’s and would advise others to look elsewhere for dependable movers.
