ZL spa is lovely. Laura is so knowledgeable about skin care. The consummate professional. I learned a lot from her and look forward to her helping me. The receptionist, whose name I don't remember, was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
I had a Hydrafacial with Sam and she was wonderful! She took her time and explained each step. She gave me tips that worked with my current skincare routine. I felt super comfortable asking her questions. I highly recommend her!
The appointment was great. Adalia and the rest of the staff were very nice. The chemical peel went well. I always have reservations going into treatments that involve lasers or chemicals because I have brown skin. However, she was very communicative about what the peel was going to entail and why it was safe for my complexion. During the peel, she continued to communicate how the sting should feel (physically). Overall, I'd highly recommend Adalia. I got a micropeel. 12% glycolic, 8% lactic acid, and 2% phytic acid. It's a Skinceuticals product. Since the concentration was rather conservative, I can describe it as an exfoliation that stung haha. It was a little less about getting dramatic results as it was to treat myself. I'd go back to ZL Medspa for the same peel or even something different.
I cannot recommend Laura at ZL highly enough! She is extremely intelligent, well-educated, and always up to date on the latest research in aesthetics. What I love most is that she takes a conservative approach—she only recommends what is truly needed and never overfills. Her honesty and expertise make me feel completely comfortable and confident in her care. Laura is the only person I trust with Botox and any other treatments for my face. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely has your best interest in mind, Laura is the one.
I had such a wonderful experience at ZL medspa. Leslie at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and made everything so easy. Liane did my HydraFacial and she was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, gentle, and explained everything she was doing along the way. My skin feels refreshed and glowing! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great service and results.
