There are issues with this place and its cleaning quality. I have got my car through the $34.99 wash (exterior and interior). The employees don't handle your vehicle with care. If you have an expensive car or a luxury vehicle, go elsewhere. You can read many comments about how things were broken, and the leather was scratched. What would you expect? Detailing shop service? Nah... It's not worth the cost. Get an unlimited pass for a general car wash and go through it multiple times. They are $30 unlimited runs per month. I take my cheap daily drivers here (Zoom Stockton) because I have many coupons for their $13.99 outside wash. If I didn't have those coupons, I would definitely go elsewhere. Take a look at the side mirrors; one side still has webs on it. Interior cleaning had multiple missed spots. $20.00 for interior when nothing is done right is just ripping off your clients, haha.

Professional staff. Was even able to get a rock chip replaced by a third party glass repair vendor at is able to complete the service for free because of my full coverage car insurance through State farm.

Please save yourself the headache and get your car washed elsewhere. Big scratch on brand new car I bought two months ago. The car is brand new less than 4000 miles, took it to zoom car wash and they returned it with a huge scratch on the passenger side rear door. The scratch looks fresh and I was able to wipe away some of the white left from whatever scratched against it. The car wash declined to take any responsibility for the damage. Other than damaging one’s car, the car wash is very unorganized and overpriced. Base car wash price is $32 to leave your car scratched up and not nearly as clean as it should be considering the price. The workers are unmotivated and do the bare minimum. Avoid at all cost!!!

We’ve taken our cars here for years and they used to do a really good job. But in the last year their attention to detail has declined dramatically. Even during slow times they do everything rushed and miss things on the inside and outside of my car. Shine smears and misses spots on my seats and doors inside, vacuuming is meh, and you can see areas on the outside that didn’t get cleaned or wiped. They always miss cleaning the back of the drivers seat and this time it looks like they didn’t even vacuum one of the rear seats. And this poor attention detail has lasted at least this past year. Every time we go there is another issue. When paying for a service it should be done better.

I go here pretty much 5-7 days week when I’m in town and the people are like family. I have both cars on the unlimited plan and I’ve been going here for a few years now. The owner is ok, a little stand offish but a lot of the employees have been here 10-20 years so they must be satisfied.
