I had a terrible experience with this company. From the start, there was no real way to communicate with an actual person—only their confusing and poorly designed portal. The system was extremely difficult to navigate, and anytime a mistake was made on their end, they blamed me instead of taking accountability. Their entire process is rigid and automatic. Once you submit anything, you have no ability to go back, make adjustments, or even preview what things will look like in a practical way. They claim you can add or remove things along the way, but they’ve designed the process so poorly that it’s essentially impossible—you either give up in frustration or let them “finish” it their way. For a service that charges thousands of dollars, this is unacceptable. To make matters worse, they refuse to issue refunds—even if you catch their errors early on. I am now left with a website I have to recreate on my own, wasting both money and time. The lack of flexibility, accountability, and customer support makes their service feel like a trap. I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you want a professional, collaborative, and transparent experience for your website.
