A terrible experience. Completely Incompetent. I am sure the owner will respond, as he does for the other negative reviews with an agenda to have the review removed. For a project, I contacted 8 different firms, with many competitive and competent. 10com by far was the worst with unable to understand how to use their own booking system, followed by spamming and poor customer service.

I had a great experience with Kattie and her team to create my business logo! They took to heart the description of the logo I wanted and iterated multiple times to make sure the final product was perfectly right for me. Great experience, and I'm so glad I contracted them to make my logo instead of continuing to try and develop one myself! The whole process, start to finish, with 3-4 rounds of revisions took only 3 weeks. Very happy!
