I had a great experience in this place. The owner is very professional and has a lot of knowledge and experience in this kind of cars. He explains detailed the situation of your car. He is very kind and generous. The employees are very friendly and efficient. The prices are very reasonable and the best deal you can get in the city. It’s the best place to fix a Range Rover. I highly recommend this place. I feel safe driving my car and I’m very grateful with this place and teamwork.

Could have sworn I already wrote a review for these guys….I’ve been taking my lr4 here for all 6 years I’ve owned it. Truly the most upstanding, knowledgeable, and honest folks I’ve ever dealt with for car repair. Wish they could fix more than my Land Rover! Never any upsells - when they say you need something they mean it. Always know the tricky diagnoses on Land Rovers - I thought I was good at this til meeting them. Always know where you can safely some money with aftermarket vs used vs having to go OEM for parts.

I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without Jack. After being quoted over $4,600 at the Land Rover dealership ($2,100 for a 60k mile service + $2,500 for repairs), I came here for a second opinion and I’m so glad I did. Jack and his team were transparent, trustworthy, and thorough. He immediately identified the cracked fuel flange (which the dealership charged me $390 just to diagnose), and quoted me a fair price for both the fuel flange repair and vacuum pump gasket leak. Not only that, but they also took the time to check my squeaky brakes and even fixed my broken heater at no charge. Jack had never seen my particular heater issue before, but instead of brushing it off, he worked with me directly. He took the time to figure it out and never charged me for the extra effort. In the end, they did all of the work and more than I expected for $1,584 total, which is over $1k less than what the dealership charged. The car was done within 1 day! This is a shop that actually cares. I felt respected, listened to, and genuinely taken care of. I’ll never take my Range Rover anywhere else.

11th Street is my go-to repair shop for my Land Rovers old and new. I bring them my '04 Disco II and my '24 Defender and Range Rovers for regular service as well as specialized repairs. 11th Street is particularly great at finding parts and caring for my '04 Disco. Their service is prompt, reasonably priced and exceeds expectations. I couldn't more highly recommend them.

Wont find a better place to work on Range Rover/Land Rover. Any generation any model they have all the knowledge needed to get the job done. Make an appointment no parking no nonsense…
