Hannah is absolutely fantastic! From the moment you sit down, she makes you feel comfortable and cared for. She is attentive, compassionate, and so professional. Going to the dentist can be stressful, but Hannah makes it such a positive experience. I’m so thankful for her excellent care❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏
It's a weird thing to let another stranger put their hands in your mouth, and while it does not bother some individuals, I for one, beg to differ. I moved to Nashville from Atlanta for work and had been going to the same dentist for close to 15 years. Now, I have always had dental nerves (no pun intended), and I was unsure of how a new dentist would go after all this time. However, I was more than pleased with my entire experience. From the x-ray's, cleaning, next steps, and scheduling, I had nothing but a stellar experience. Beth, my hygienist, was quick but precise with the job, ensuring I left with semi-pearly whites (thanks to all of my coffee consumption). Dr. Abrams was exceptionally professional, bringing a kind, endearing personality to the environment. I never felt as if I was being judged for my dental hygiene, which to my surprise, was better than it normally is. They also carry a specific toothpaste that I had trouble finding elsewhere, with even my previous dentist not having it. This was a plus as well. Trust me when I say that 12 South Dental Studio has a permanent patient. If I could give ten stars, I would.
This is the best dental experience I have ever had! The atmosphere is clean and inviting and Kelly at the front desk made it seamless to schedule and be seen. Alexis was my hygienist and was extremely kind and beyond thorough in her cleaning. She made sure to answer any question I had with great suggestions and check in that I was comfortable throughout the entire X-Ray and cleaning process. I was then seen by Dr. Ally for the final examination, where she was intentional getting to know me for the first time and make sure any concerns I had were addressed in such a timely manner. I can't recommend this place enough!
I’ve been coming to this 12 south dental studio for years now, and I cannot say good enough things about my hygienist Hanna, she truly is the best. She is incredibly caring, gentle, and attentive, and she completely cured my dental anxiety. Between Hanna and Dr Ally, I always feel listened to and taken care of during my visits. They even let you watch Netflix or listen to a podcast during your cleaning which makes the experience even better. The office is clean, calm and comfortable. I genuinely couldn’t recommend Hanna and this place more.
I’m new to Nashville and was looking for a new Dentist. I thought Beth did a great job during my cleaning. The office is much more warm and inviting versus other Dentists I’ve had, and I thought the entire team was professional, friendly, and cared about my experience. I’d recommend to others.
