FASTEST HAIRCUT IN AUSTIN! If you’re looking for a fast, no frills haircut, this is the place for you. Sure they charge $70 for a basic trim, but most stylists can get it done in about 10 minutes! If you’re looking to save time and don’t mind a few mistakes this is your salon!
I had an extremely unprofessional experience at this Location. As a Customer i do not appreciate being rushed or intimidated I came to decompress, get cleaned up, and walk out looking better. Instead, the moment I arrived, I was told they were on “limited time” implying she has someone else to attend to( so then why Take me to your chair?)which completely killed the experience before it even started. She didn’t listen to anything i said and completely disregarded how i intended to cut my hair.. she gave me the anxious feeling of being rushed, and at no point was I ever told the service was timed before setting my appointment . It was clear Hailey was just trying to move on to the next client. I simply asked if she was intending to trim my Hair because she was only Texturizing the Tips to her response was “isn’t that what i’m already doing” she needs to get her liscense looked at if thats what a “trim” is . She ended the interaction after about 5-7 mins with a simple we need to reschedule and get a different stylist and consultation because i don’t see your “vision” Hailey’s tone and demeanor was unacceptable there was no care, no patience, and no professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend letting Hailey near your hair with a 10-foot pole. There are plenty of salons that actually respect their clients time and experience. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE PLACES. Save your time and Money.. :)
The worst haircut I’ve ever had. I told to keep the same shape and just overall shorter by a bit and it turned out to be a disaster. Not only did my entire back got shaped off, back of my head now has uneven length on the two sides. The right side of my hair has became almost as short as my side burns while the other side is almost as long as my fringe. I even needed to check on the mirror for multiple times to make sure my sideburns and two sides were even.
One of the best men's salons in Austin. I always go see Portia who always gives the most consistent and great haircuts. They also have nice little waiting area outside where they have some complimentary soda and beer. I would recommend booking an appointment ahead of time as usually they are pretty booked.
