This location has a serious issue with staff professionalism that management needs to address immediately. During my visit, an employee named Tony acted in a hostile and intimidating manner. The interaction escalated unnecessarily, and instead of providing customer service or attempting to de-escalate, his behavior made the environment feel unsafe. Statements were made that came across as threatening rather than professional. This is not how customers should ever be treated in a gym setting. A fitness facility should feel welcoming and secure — not like a place where members are confronted or intimidated by staff. What makes this more concerning is that similar complaints appear in other member reviews. This suggests a pattern, not an isolated incident. Poor training and lack of accountability drive customers away and damage the brand. 24 Hour Fitness needs to ensure employees understand basic customer service, boundaries, and conflict resolution. Until this is addressed, this location will continue to lose members and trust. This behavior reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. I strongly encourage corporate leadership to review this location before a more serious incident occurs.

Overall, a great gym with solid equipment and a good atmosphere. I especially want to shout out Dylan and John, they were both super helpful with my membership and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Staff like them really makes a difference. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is there’s always room for small improvements, but I’d definitely recommend this gym.

I want to give a huge positive review to John, Dylan, and Tony for the amazing job they do at the 24-hour gym. All three are consistently friendly, professional, and always willing to help no matter the time of day. They create a welcoming and motivating environment that makes members feel comfortable and supported. Whether it’s keeping the gym clean, answering questions, or just greeting people with a positive attitude, John, Dylan, and Tony go above and beyond their job duties. Their hard work is appreciated.

I haven’t came to this gym in quite a few months and by the looks of it, looks much cleaner and doesn’t smell like feet anymore, the men’s room can take a little better care, but I definetly started liking this place a lot due to their ongoing basketball games, the members are really cool with one another and as a outsider being invited into a few 5 on 5 games that was definitely cool, I did meet the manager Tony & Lucas, those 2 lads are solid, they let me barrow a pair of punching gloves so kudos to that!!

John and Dylan are probably the most amazing and helpful employees I’ve ever encountered. Walked around when they had the time and checked in on me. Made sure to say hello and good bye. For real the best experience at a gym by far.
