My son attended 3-tigers for 1 year and absolutely loved his time here! He benefited from Master Tibbetts’ gentle yet firm approach. My favorite time of the class was overhearing the topics discussed in the Mat Chats where Master Tibbetts gave real world examples of how to be kind, honest, respectful, etc. and gave the students the opportunity to discuss how they are also practicing these skills in their lives. Master Tibbetts and his team are teaching more than just martial arts, but also how to be good humans! I highly recommend!
My son has been taking classes at Three Tigers for about six months, and he couldn’t be happier with his experience here. He’s a better martial artist (starting from zero really helps!) but more importantly he’s a more confident person. Master T and the leaders here have created a space that’s safe, fun, adventurous, and filled with learning opportunities. My son looks forward to each class, and has met a great group of kids and adults.
Found this place when trying to find a place that would help my son with learning self defense/confidence from being bullied at school. Master Tibbetts class is exceptional and the program is pretty amazing. The environment is fun along with the lessons and wisdom they learn from Master Tibbetts is pretty awesome. Every class he teaches a life lesson around a word like "motivation" "generosity", "trust", etc. He gives a life story to tie it together that is impactful. It isn't just the martial arts peice which is the self defense we were after but the life values he helps teach the kiddos that really makes the difference.
My family loves 3-Tigers, and we are very grateful for Master T. He not only teaches them Martial Arts, but also helps to shape them into successful community members, and gives them a safe space. All of the other instructors are amazing as well! Everyone is so welcoming and kind from day one. He has a lot of patience for the younger kids, while still teaching respect and responsibility. I enjoy getting to watch both of my kids in class every week, and to see how much they've grown thanks to 3-Tigers.
My 7-year-old son has attended 3 Tigers for six months now. We are incredibly lucky to have found Master Tibbetts and his school. There is an atmosphere of kindness, patience, and gentle-but-firm instruction and discipline that allows my boy to thrive in so many ways. He loves every aspect of the 3 Tigers experience, even the tough parts like learning forms, perfecting techniques, and rank advancement testing. And I love “attending” class too as I watch from the sidelines and learn from these fantastic instructors. This place is pretty darn special.
