The venue was ok. I think you have to know somebody to get any info from them because when you call the voicemail is full and they never reply to texts. Overall it was a fun event but the facility isnt the best for sound. There are no clear parking details and no way to get information since there is nothing on their website and the lack of other contact availability. I personally would never consider this place for an event due to location, lack of communication and website information. I did try to contact them about a wedding previously but again, no response.
Absolutely love this venue for our events! Emily and her staff are always super helpful & welcoming to us and our guests. Venue is spacious and comes with 2 parking lots which is great for big events. Can’t wait to book again!
I celebrated my disco-themed birthday party at 435 Collective last Saturday, and the party went off without a hitch! I'm so happy I found this place. Emily, the owner, is so kind and easy to work with. She was very willing to share contacts and vendors that helped make the party even better. She was super flexible with me when I was setting up for the party. And Nicole, the manager, is super nice and does a great job supervising the event. We ended up using their resource for bartenders, and those guys were awesome too. They also broke down everything after the party so that I could pretty much just walk away when the music stopped. Such pros! I highly recommend using this space.
I had my combined 40th birthday and book launch party at 435 Collective and they over delivered in every aspect! The space is stylish yet also a blank slate that you can create into the vision of your dreams. Emily was with me every step of the way with design inspo, vendor recs and floorplan layout. The staff were helpful and efficient. Everything was as expected or better. I would love to host another event at this venue.
We were so pleased with 435 Collective in helping us plan our school's Prom! Emily and her team were so helpful from day 1. Their generosity of time, resources and attention to detail was so appreciated. The space is excellent and a great blank canvas that can be transformed into anything!! They also have lots of connections with vendors so you never have to worry much about finding your own outside resources. I highly recommend 435 Collective for your next event.
