I highly recommend 5-0 Driving School! The in-person classes were extremely informative - my son told me things that he learned that I didn't even know. And the Behind-The-Wheel instruction sessions were also very beneficial. My son gained the knowledge, skills, and confidence to take his road test a few weeks after he completed the class, and he passed on the first try. Yes, you gotta pay for this school, but it's very well worth it!

We used the 5-0 Driving School for my 16-year old grandson. I have nothing but high praise for the school and instructors. The in-class material was comprehensive and the behind-the-wheel lessons were very good. Although the drive to Honolulu for classes was far for us, it was well worth it. BTW sessions have a meeting point near your home and the student ends the lessons by driving to your home. Melissa was responsive to all questions and was very helpful in making sure my grandson had his certificates in the time we requested. I highly recommend Melissa, Mari, and the 5-0 Driving School to all! Mahalo for your professionalism and excellent service!

We want to say a big mahalo to Mel and the team at 5-0 Driving School! My son's school didnt have drivers ed as an option, so we asked around and were recommended to register with 5-0. The in-class sessions were on Saturday morning which were perfect for our busy schedules during the week, and they always had snacks for the kids if they got hungry. Orientation was easy and they explained everything up front so we knew what to expect! They keep you informed on your child's progress through a portal where you can see their progress with the "on the road" tests also. Mel was always very clear with communication and we never had an issue with scheduling the on the road practices, even when we had to move schedules around. Thank you Mel! This course is highly recommended by our 'ohana!

My son passed his road test on the 1st try, thanks Mel and team!! Some reviews say they are too harsh or strict, but doesn't your teen need guidance like this when they start out driving? 5-0 Driving School is the best, no need to look anywhere else. Online didatic is long and tedious but these instructors keep it interesting per my son. Hands-on driving with 5-0 Driving School was the key my son's learning. It's hard to teach your own kid if you know what I mean, they will teach your son or daughter the RIGHT way. They even dropped my son off at our house at the end of the driving sessions. Highly recommend 5-0 Driving School!!!
