They were absolutely amazing Kevin greeted us at the door and helps us though every step he was so kind and made sure we got a great deal and explained it all so it made sense it was a 10/10 experience highly recommend if you come in ask for Kevin!!

Bought a brand new pillow as a gift for the holidays in November, the purchasing experience was nice. My friend finally opened it recently and let the pillow out to expand, and then let me know after a week that it never expanded fully, it’s still very flat and is not functional. I tried to take it back to exchange for another and talked to a worker but they wouldn’t allow it due to the purchase being over a month ago. Then I talked to a manager to return it but she reiterated company policy. She didn’t bother to make eye contact or ask about the pillow that I explained was brand new and dysfunctional. Our conversation was less than a minute and she was back to work. I understand company policy but as a consumer, I was hoping to them to consider using discretion to make a decision but I was not given time of day or heard.

I have made several purchases from 7 Day Furniture. Each visit has been a consistently positive experience. I have previously heard comments regarding the less-than-premium quality of their products, but in my experience the quality to cost ratio has been worth it every time, especially in a house with pets where I don’t want to spend $3000 on a couch to be covered in dog fur. Today was no different. After a terrible experience elsewhere, we came in to purchase a new mattress. The salesman, Adam, was friendly and helpful, but not pushy or obnoxious. The price was low enough to make it more than affordable, but high enough to not question the integrity of the manufacturing.

The people on the floor are so helpful! They answer all our questions and are great at letting us know the price difference of things we see. I love that it’s very affordable and if you need refinancing quickly can do it there and get it instantly. We didn’t need it this time but frankly prices are great! Things we needed were available and were able to get within a weeks

We came in to look at chairs for my Mother-in-law. Upon entering the store Sales Specialist Angelo Shafer greeted us, asked if we needed any assistance, and then he graciously gave us the time and space to look around without feeling pressured. He checked on us as we browsed, but was very unobtrusive, which was great. So we walked out with a chair, an ottoman, and a futon couch! The prices were decent, the sales staff friendly, and the experience all around great. The next time we are looking for furniture, we will certainly be back. Special kudos to Angelo for being an awesome Sales Specialist!!
