Terrible service. Hung up on me when trying to get an estimated price for a regular door lock to be keyed. Glad I gave him no information Edit: Appreciate the follow up, but I don’t appreciate it sounding like a mistake. As soon as we got on the call, I was asked to provide detailed unrelated personal information before getting a ball park estimate. After repeatedly expressing interest in just getting ball park estimates, the tone shifted and eventually I was hung up on with no call back attempt. I would appreciate more transparency with pricing ahead of time to know what’s fair to expect. Thanks

Probably the worst service I’ve ever experienced in the San Diego area. I called and they profiled me, then promised they would call back that same day. They told me to wait on-site because someone would arrive to duplicate my keys. An hour passed—no one showed up. When I called again, they just apologized and said someone would be out shortly, but once again, no one ever came. I will find a different locksmith next time.

Update: look up “locksmith scams” on YouTube and you can see how this company scams people. They will quote low, get there and will end up drilling the lock instead of actually picking it. The end result is more than double what they quote. This company shouldn’t be in business Be aware this place will quote you low, and once they are there will end up charging you double what they quoted because it’s a “special lock”…even though it’s a basic door lock. Not a honest company.

Hired 7 Day Locksmith company to re-key my lock. Charged me 4 time the normal rate and when the time came to lock the door after they left I realized they were not just unsuccessful at their simple j9b but also broke my lock. Called to get help and waited for hours without any call back. Tried calling the agent who came directly to get help since company's customer service was a failure and the tech, Abraham, tried to negotiate an upcharge for fixing his blunder and all under the table. Terrible customer service from both the company and the tech. Will not suggest this business to others. I have been using lock smith's for 27 years being a property manager and this was the worst customer service ever.

We accidentally locked keys in a customer car we were detailing. Ok I understand they charge $29 for the service call but they couldn’t tell me how much it would be after that. They knew what kind of car it was and what needed to be done but still couldn’t tell me on the phone. The guy showed up and entered the car in 2 seconds and he tells me $150. What kind of business can’t tell you approximately what it would cost before they do the service. I would not recommend them ever.
