Our wedding venue required a wedding planner and to be honest, my initial reaction was reluctance, but Ashley and A Beautiful Theme was not just needed, they added so much value to the wedding experience, I now am more than delighted we selected this company as our planner! That's something that I didn't imagine would be possible when we were interviewing planners. We hired Ashley for Month of Coordination services. Much of the planning we had done ourselves including invitations, selection of vendors, decorations, and more. Ashley join us exactly 30 days before the wedding and worked not just with me, but my bridesmaids, husband, and every vendor. Every meeting was open to whomever I needed involved to ensure that we were all on the same page and everyone's ideas and responsibilities were clear. She took the time to visit the venue and walk through everything with the owner, even though she had worked there before and had been recommended by the venue. She contributed ideas to our discussions with the DJ and gave us both some ideas we might not have otherwise considered. She created a detailed flow of the day for the wedding party, and a smaller version for guests that included her telephone number for contacts so those of us in the wedding party would not have to stress about those guest needs the day of the event. I really appreciated how Ashley worked with our officiant as well. Our officiant had shared that some wedding planners run the show and in prior services had made them feel excluded. Not only did our officiant feel included, but the way the event worked resulted in her being part of the procession and staying to join us for part of the reception too! It was a gift to have her joy present for more than just the ceremony. Ashley's additional value came in helping us with guidance about flowers and table decor that we would not have considered, helping coordinate transportation and parking, and catching a few little things during the rehersal and the event that seemed normal to those of us who aren't involved in weddings frequently, but could have been problematic. Overall, Ashley's electronic tools, detailed approach, engaging personality, and conductor-like energy kept everything flowing exceptionally well for everyone involved in and attending the wedding. She brought the vendor team together (which is so critical for a destination wedding) to create an event we wanted -- being sure that the spirit and ambiance of our wedding was what we envisioned. She and her staff were a pleasure to work with and are highly recommended.
We had the best experience working with Ashley at A Beautiful Theme. We used A Beautiful Theme for both wedding planning and florals. I absolutely loved my experience! Ashley is so wonderful to work with and always brings her A game. She is organized, professional, and incredibly kind. A true joy to be around. She really helped bring my vision to life and ease any nerves day-of. She made the wedding process a dream! I am so thrilled with her services. The florals were absolutely beautiful. Truly everything I wanted and then more. I still dream about them daily!! To any future brides: I wholeheartedly endorse A Beautiful Theme and recommend them fully! I had such a dreamy and beautiful wedding and I would not have been able to do it without Ashley.
We hired Ashley for both month-of-coordination and florals for our wedding and she pulled off a smooth, flawless event! She helped us think through and plan for all the small details of the day and we felt so good handing things off day-of knowing that she had it covered. The florals were exactly what I was looking for – whimsey and fun with color – and we’ve received so many compliments on them.
Ashley and her team at A Beautiful Theme were simply incredible! We got to work with Ashley for both full planning and florals! She thought of EVERY DETAIL which led to a seamless and gorgeous wedding. We had guests come up to us during and after the wedding to tell us how beautiful and SMOOTH everything went - this is because of Ashley and her team. I can’t even count how many times I said on my wedding day and the days leading up to it, “Hiring A Beautiful Theme was the best money I spent on our entire wedding,” and my friends and family would completely agree! We booked Ashley for month-of coordination and also for our wedding florals. She was invaluable to have at my walkthrough with our venue coordinator and because she knew my vision she was able to ask questions I hadn’t even thought of to make it come to life. Our entire wedding party praised her organization when we practiced our ceremony during the rehearsal. I truly believe that our wedding ran as smooth as it did because of Ashley and her team. She made it look effortless but being a wedding vendor myself I know how hard they all worked to make it appear that way. Ashley did an amazing job with our wedding florals and decor elements throughout our spaces. We received so many compliments! I highly recommend A Beautiful Theme!!
