Affordable body shop repair - definitely. Luxury service - absolutely. Big time hail damage to our Model X Tesla, Steve Klein the owner and his team provided the most personal and professional service I have ever had from a body shop (and unfortunately I have a lot of experience with other body shops in the Scottsdale area). Steve handles all of the insurance claim issues and had our car all fixed up in a couple of weeks. Cannot recommend enough.
This place is a gem! Steve is the man. He will take care of you. I had a slight bent in my headlight from bumping into a pole parking, and when shopping around all the body shops, the others just lazily suggested to replace my whole car with new parts as if I totaled my car, which would’ve costed a fortune. Steve took the time to look and actually see what my car headlight really needed and fixed it right up at a very fair price. You can trust this place to take care of what you really need without the outrageous corporate body shop arbitrary quotes you get! Will definitely be going here for when and if I get other problems for my car and trust that I’m not being taken advantage of.
Steve was great to work with... he's a real car guy and cares that the customer is satisfied. He gladly accommodated several of my requests and even popped in a new battery because mine died while they had it. He makes appropriate recommendations and listens to you as a customer as to what your ultimate wants are. I ended up having my whole car repainted due to the fact that there was damage in three different spots around the car and he knew I would not be happy if the paint was not a good match, and educated me on the process. Very reasonable pricing and he's a good communicator. Definitely would go back!
If I could give this place 100 stars I would! Steve went above and beyond to help me and assure me. I originally reached out to his body shop after I had found it online. I had severely dented the passenger fender of my car. After receiving over 20 different quotes, Steve gave me not only the best price, but also continued to call me and update me on the new part he had ordered for my car. He was more than accommodating to my busy schedule and stayed after hours so that I could drop off my car at a time that worked best for me. He truly has a heart of gold and was a true blessing for me. I am grateful to have been able to trust Steve and his company with repairing my car perfectly! If I ever find myself in another situation like this, Steve will be the first person I call! Thank you so so much Steve, it was a blessing to meet you!
I have nothing but amazing things to say about this shop & Steve! Steve went above & beyond to help me & make my life just a little bit easier. My uncle had passed away a couple months back & a week before that happened, someone pulled out in front of me making a left turn & I t-boned her. Because of my late uncle passing, I was extremely overwhelmed & the last thing I wanted to do was deal with the insurance(s), & her insurance was very difficult to work with. Steve went above & beyond, talked to both insurance companies involved, along with my injury attorney so that I could have one thing taken off my plate during that time, before any money was even given to him to work on the car. Steve & his team have amazing customer service that you just cannot find nowadays. I cannot thank you guys enough! You just gained a customer for life & I will be recommending you to everyone!!!
