Planning wedding is daunting. The Party Place made it so easy to provide for 35 guests. I had a few changes in one week, and they accommodated me effortlessly. Pick-up was fast and well organized. Price was excellent. Thank you Macio!

I did my research and they had the very best price on linens/napkins. Delivery to Santa Cruz was an obscene price, so we picked up and dropped off the table cloths and napkins ourselves. Good quality. True to colors as depicted on the website.

Probably wouldn’t use them again. They kept referencing the wrong delivery date on my invoice but were quick to correct their mistake. My rentals were supposed to be delivered on a Friday, but I never heard from them, so I called for a drop off time and they told me I never paid my invoice and they’d been calling me all week. I paid my invoice earlier in the week and had no missed calls or voicemails from them so that was weird. After seeing I actually had paid the invoice they said my drop off window was 1-4. My rentals weren’t dropped off until after 6p and I had to call to check in several time bc there was zero communication about a delay from their end. They also dropped off 3 of the wrong tables so that was unfortunate. Tables and chairs were fine, but a little banged up. If I hadn’t called them, I would’ve never received the rentals I paid for; they definitely need to have their staff be more thorough and work on communication with customers.
