Had a great experience today with Brent and Co-workers servicing my truck. Service light was on and Brent knew exactly what I needed within seconds of walking in the door. Wow, just wow. If you suspect transmission issues, you must go to these guys. My husband was told a few months ago that he was going to need a new transmission by a very well known, highly rated, shop here in Austin that we had done business with in the past. He started saving money, not driving the truck (even though it was still drivable). So glad we decided to get a second opinion and found A+. We took it in for a diagnostic, which was free, and was told the issue was not the transmission, but the engine. Referred us to a reputable shop to get it checked. Can you imagine spending over $7000 (that was the quote from the other shop) for a transmission only to end up leaving with the same issue? We were so close to making that mistake. A+ is professional, honest and very timely. I cannot thank Brent and his crew enough for their exceptional customer service. These guys are top notch and have our utmost respect. They could have taken advantage of us and did not. I will always recommend A+ to anyone for transmission concerns. Thank you A+.
This place is AMAZING when it comes to customer service. Brent and his team are where it's at man. I went to them from a dealership not even wanting to TOUCH my car. Brent took it that same day, put it on the machine and gave me the rundown on absolutely everything I needed. He was up front and honest, no gimmicks. Every question I had, Brent would answer. TRUST I asked a 1000. 😂 But yes, if you are looking for a place where you're gonna get your answers, expertise, and the SPEED you need to keep your life on track, come HERE. A Plus Transmission Specialists took great care of the '09 Dodge Caravan we had towed in. Brent was thoughtful, kind, and prompt in his communications. Our issue turned out not to be the transmission but motor mounts, and they gave us a good price for replacing those. They did the work promptly even during the holiday season. We will return for work on our vehicles in the future. This was an A-Plus experience.
