We took our 30 YR old plus small Bose am/fm radio CD player to see if Mike could fix the scratching noise when a CD is running. Mike told us what he would charge for inspecting the unit and if it was just needing a cleaning that would be all he would charge. If other parts / repair were needed he would let us know before he proceeded. Mike completed the work to repair the Bose within a week. He needed to just replace some diods in the unit!! We're very happy and satisfied with Mike work. He has great customer sevice and reasonable rates. We checked around from 4 other repair shops but no one works on Bose equipment since CDs aren't made any more. Mike's shop is a diamond in the rough. We always support small businesses and Mike is awsome!
Performed a miracle on my laptop that I had previously broken attempting a self-repair. lesson learned. Just take it to A to z electronics. He did amazing work at a decent price.
I originally went in as we had a 3 year old Sony TV die and was giving us 4 flashing lights when trying to turn it on. The research I did indicated that it might be an issue with the backlighting. Mike was completly honest with me and informed me that if it was a backlighting issue that it wouldn't be worth it to fix. I still had him take a look anyways. He took a reasonable amount of time and was in constant communication while checking the TV out. Unfortunately the issue was with the backlighting and we decided to not go ahead with fixing the TV. Luckily Mike had another Sony TV that fit our needs and we decided to purchase it from him, and he gave us a good deal. The TV has worked great and the experience with Mike was great. He is very personable and smart and he takes time to explain everything as I am not as tech savy. I will be returning for any of my electronic needs in the future and I recommend going to A to Z Electronic Service and talking to Mike if you need anything electronic fixed.
Brought my Moza sim racing base to Mike, hes a nice guy and kind. Charged me $150 to fix it, first round didnt fix it, gave it back, he tried again, and could never get it fixed. He spent a good amount of time trying to fix it according to him. But in the end i paid $150 to receive a still broke sim racing base. When asked about a refund, he started rattling off about how he spent lots of time and resources trying to fix it. No refund, or even partial refund. Just be aware you might come here and spend $150 to not get your item fixed. As a person, Mike is a good guy, nothing against him...
