I agreed to replace my garage door after the spring snapped and couldn't open the door. Considering the new door is insulated I expected a tight seal between the panels. Joshua also charged 155.00 for The Club membership that I wasn't told about. Don't make the same mistake I did paying 4k to replace 16x7 garage door. Look at Hollywood Crawford instead 1,495 installed. Look at pics. UPDATE.....tech has returned twice and now needs to come a third time for pics of panels but did not show up. A1 is giving me the run around on replacing the panels. They aready got paid so they don't care.DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. THEY DONT BACK THEIR WORK.

These people are the best! It starts with great communication about the appointment and arrival time. Our tech, Garcia, was very friendly and informative. I need a bracket replaced and he showed me exactly what he was seeing and why. He also discussed my current door and spring I have from the builder. Everything he told me is backed up by some quick research n google. Highly recommend.
