Needed passport photos. Postal employee told us AAA did them free for members. We arrived at 9:10; they opened at 9:00. Was slightly worried as the inside line looked LONG! Asked at the desk & they pointed us to a SHORT line inside the travel store. We checked in, waited 2-3 minutes, and it was our turn. Photos taken, our approval asked & given (nice touch-getting to approve your pic), pictures printed, and we were out the door in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend!!!!

Google Review – Hilary Powers (AAA); January 5, 2026 • We have been working with Hilary Powers since April 2025. o She contacted us after she completed what she termed as an “annual review” of her clients’ policies to ensure they are the best available to them. • After an ensuing phone discussion, Hilary updated the policy with the correct age of our roof and low mileage driving situation of our vehicles, resulting in savings of over $3,000.00. • AAA has been our agent for over 20 years, and that was the first time one of their staff members had contacted us about proactively reviewing the stipulations of our Auto and Homeowners policies with the goal of ensuring we are getting the best rate possible. • Toward the end of the year, Hilary worked with us on several scenarios and we ended up moving our Homeowners policy to the company we have our auto policy with. This brilliant move resulted in additional savings of approx. $2,000.00. • Hence, in only one year, Hilary saved us approximately $5,000 in insurance premiums (Auto and Homeowners). Very pleasing and helpful! • From our communications (phone and email) with her, we found Hilary to be friendly and easy to work with. We plan to stay in touch with her on ongoing basis. • In the future, we will recommend Hilary Powers to any friend or relative needing the service of an insurance agent (through AAA). I've been very happy with AAA insurance in MN for three years for auto, home and umbrella. AAA prices have been way better than others every time I've shopped (I had AAA for years in CO before moving here). Best of all, Hillary Powers is my retention specialist (main point of contact for everything). She provides me the best customer service for insurance I've ever gotten in 40+ years. She's dependable, conscientious, knowledgeable and fun to work with. I highly recommend this company and especially Hillary.

I recently worked with Brian Skillingstad to acquire 3-new insurance policies. The insurance review process was more involved and required more effort on my part than anticipated. However, that's a result of not working through new insurance policies for many years. That said, I appreciate the time that Brian took to review the necessary documents and to discuss each policy in depth to ensure that adequate coverage was included. Also, the time spent answering my questions was helpful in that I feel that I now have necessary coverage for each policy. Thank you.
