One of the chairs broke when someone sat down. I called to notify them. The lady immediately responded that I was going to be charged. Once getting to Russell St to drop off, the gentleman said 3 people had returned broken chairs. He made sure I received a refund. I have rented from here about 4 times. I appreciate the gentleman, but I'm not going back. The chairs are old, and the female wasn't being reasonable. They need better customer service on the phone.

From start to finish ABC Rentals was a fabulous company to work with. Everyone in the company that I dealt with was very nice, polite, and professional. They addressed all of my questions and concerns with the patience and competence that is not always found in companies these days. On the day of delivery the company showed up within the timeframe I was given and every member of the delivery team was friendly. The tent was erected with competence and looked very nice!! Additionally, the team went over all the other rentals I had on my order and explained everything about the setup. I will definitely use them again for an event. I highly recommend this company!!!
