I have used Ace Appliance in the past and have always had great results. Brian was on time, very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. He explained exactly what he was going to do and did it very quickly while showing us the parts he was replacing to repair our dryer. In less 45 minutes Brian had completed his work and had our dryer ship shape! I would highly recommend Ace to anyone needing appliance repair. Thank you Brian.
We have used ACE for multiple things over the years. Their service is always wonderful & their technicians are always so kind. Highly recommend. Today we used Stacey and he did a fabulous job fixing our oven. We also used Geoffrey and he was so nice! Wonderful people.
Geoffrey and Stacy just finished up our project and did a great job. Had to work around some poor design from a different installer but got it done. Made sure the repair was working as designed. So grateful for their attention to detail. .
Scheduling was a breeze, and I was able to get an appointment the next day for our washing machine. Brian was an absolute pleasure to work with - extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! He diagnosed a couple of issues with the washer, and even with ordering parts, he came back out just over a day later to do the repairs. He went above and beyond to even give me some other appliance tips while he was here. Pricing was clear and fair. We would highly recommend Ace Refrigeration and Appliance Repair!
As usual, no complaints and happy to pay for the service call. You get what you pay for. With Ace you get service, knowledge, professionalism and any question you have regarding an appliance they can answer, truthfully. They can offer ideas and different things to do to take care of your appliance that you would not expect. With today’s media and advertising everything is just wonderful to use for your clothes and that good ole fresh smell, News Flash, it’s not. It will ruin your appliance over time. I was truly surprised to learn what I learned. Thank you again, Ace!!
