I cannot stress enough how amazing, on time, patient and thorough Action is! No, this is not my first review for them but we’d take the time to leave a review every time we have the experience we have had. We’ve been using Action for several years now and have always been extremely happy with their services. They’re efficient, easy to work with, and always communicative. Doug has been great at addressing areas of concern with our drains. We’ve had a few emergency needs and they’ve been able to come out same day or next day. Cannot recommend them enough.
Action Sewer has always been our go to for drain cleaning. We live in a 100+ year old home and the pipes are old. Doug always stays till the clog (stubborn tree roots) is clear and does not leave a job unfinished. Doug gives advice on a maintenance schedule to prevent future back ups and other solutions to ongoing plumbing problems. Doug is also very kind to my curious boys that always want to see what he is doing. They are a great company to work with and would highly recommend them.
