Would just like to say that Alex has been an amazing trainer for this past year. Not only is he a top dude! He’s also very encouraging, supportive and inspiring with his advice and attitude towards our little cafe group. He knows just how to push us and we can personally see improvements with in ourselves week in week out. Sometimes after a hard week feeling a little bit flat, our training session always seems to invigorate us and leaves us with an awesome buzz and energy! His calming voice during stretch time post work out is so soothing and relaxing it leaves you feeling great. Alex is an amazing personal trainer who is enthusiastic about what he does. His sessions were always well prepared, on time (I admire his organisational skills!!!) and one could not get away with doing exercises incorrectly. I have learned thoroughly and he enabled me to also practice for myself what I learn during sessions! Most of all he is genuine and VERY experienced - it was a mind & body changing experience!!! After three months of every possible COVID-19 excuse for not taking better care of myself during lockdown, I took the leap and have been training with Alex since June 2020. Even after a short period of time working with Alex, the improvements can been seen - if my friends say they see a difference then that is good enough for me as a result. Alex is a great motivator and while my enthusiasm sometimes (most times) is less then his, I couldn't have hoped to have found a better trainer to get me moving again even with my knee issues. I train twice a week and look forward to each session with him. Not only focused on physical movement he provides great resource to manage your own food journey to compliment the training for better results. Alex is a wonderful trainer and a nice person to go with it and I couldn't encourage you more strongly to consider training with him too.
