I was suffering for 2 years from an accident, I could not turn my neck to look from side to side or lift and twist my back past a certain point, they were able to get full permanent movement, in both neck and lower Spine . The traction units and physical therapy helped tremendously, and fixed the root problem. Amazing place and staff , I highly recommend.
I just completed physical therapy the Henderson office. I was very pleased with my interactions with Maria at the front desk. She was always happy, extremely efficient, organized and on top of everything. The treatment I received from Dr. Box was very effective. She was also a real pleasure to deal with. The PT techs were both great. They delivered the therapy with great care, knowledge and good humor. The main reason that I am writing this review is because of my experience with Dr. Caroline, the physical therapist. She is a real sweetheart, but that is only a small part of what makes her the best PT I have ever dealt with. I'm 70 yrs old and I've seen my fair share of PTs. She listened to all my problems, and came up with solutions for all of them. She even solved a problem no one else could find an answer to. I even consulted physicians, and they couldn't solve my issue. I can not praise her enough. All I can do is let you know how wonderful she is and recommend her to anyone in need of physical therapy. Advance Spine and Poster North West location is a second family! I can always count on them to take care of me and my family. The doctors and staff are always attentive and make sure to follow through with not only the services they provide but make you feel loved and respected of your needs. Open ears and open arms are part of their qualities as care providers and human people. Thank you once again for being reliable, respectful and relentless at what you do. -ED
***BEWARE*** FRAUD*** I had a consultation, insurance paid and I co-paided cash during the visit. Six months later I get a bill in the mail. I wasn't expecting an additional bill, but for $30, whatever, I'll pay it and be done. The bill doesn't have an online payment option and can only be paid via mail (what business in 2025 doesn't have an online option to pay) seemed suspicious so I decided to pay in person (I have a receipt). One month later, I received another bill stating the bill I PAID IN PERSON is past due and the charges have doubled. I called the number on the bill and got an answering service. I left a message but have not been contacted back. I called the physical location and was told "they switched billing companies and things are being missed"... or something to that extent. The person I spoke to said she'd make a note on my account and will have the billing department contact me. I have not been contacted. ***BEWARE THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY IS NOT SCAMMING OR DOUBLE BILLING YOU***
My visit here was AMAZING! They were very accommodating for appointments. When I arrived, the manager, Yvette, was so welcoming and fun! Junior was very friendly and gave a tour and details on what was going to happen. The entire team was helpful and positive! The nurse practitioner, Angela, was very knowledgeable. My chiropractor, Dr. James, was super friendly and communicative as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
