My babygirl has been a patient of this pediatrician since she was 2 days old. She’s now 16 years old and this medical facility has been a God Send! I trust them with my daughter and with her care. Thank you.
My experience has been great so far! Everyone at the practice has been wonderful, caring, and professional. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the practice requires all vaccines, including Hepatitis B, in order for children to continue being seen after age 2. My husband and I are only hesitant about the Hep B vaccine given at such a young age — we plan to get all other recommended vaccines. Since Hep B is typically spread through blood or bodily fluids, it feels a bit unusual that it’s included in the mandatory list for young children. Otherwise, we’ve been very happy with the care we’ve received.
We’ve been with this practice since our 9-year-old was born, and we couldn’t be happier. The entire team is so kind, patient, and caring. They always take the time to listen and make us feel supported. My kids absolutely love coming here (especially to see the fishies in the waiting area!). It’s such a comfort knowing they’re in such good hands.
We have been seeing them for the last 1.5 years since our little girl was born. The staff are friendly and helpful, and Dr. McArdle is simply the best. But, the pushy big Pharma sales attitudes are ever present. We have already discussed our vaccination plans with our doctor but some other doctors just want to spend 5 mins looking at the patient, our baby, and spend 20mins talking about vaccinations. They couldn’t even write a prescription correctly. So, unfortunately if you have any qualms, past ill experiences with vaccinations, and are looking to pay someone to lecture you about vaccinations, not do their job, and have a no pushy sales experience till your baby turns 2, this is not the place for you!
We love Dr. Waltz! She is compassionate and well- versed in evidence based medicine which is important to me as a mom. The front desk is always very kind and accommodating. The nurse triage is responsive and informative. They get you in if your child is sick and I have never had to wait in the waiting room which I also love, especially bringing a well-child to an appointment.
