Felt like I was catfished. In my experience, their marketing definitely doesn't match their reality. I booked a consultation with Anne (as recommended to by them) to explore their PRP packages and my options based on the quality of my scalp/hair etc (which i thought would be discussed at the consultation). 2 minutes into the consultation (literally 2 questions). I was asked did i want to book in for PRP treatment. I asked should you not put the camera on my head and assess the area to see if there's any point? (as their marketing material suggest). I was then told only Bridgeen can do this. Its the same money (£60) to book a consultation with Bridgeen as it is with Anne only you dont get the full consultation with Anne. Very disappointing and a waste of time. Forget about the fact I was left walking around their corridor with no clue where go for almost 40 minutes. I asked for a refund 5 minutes into my consultation after realising the shambles which they politely give me. Im sure plenty of people have had better experiences than I've had. My only advice is when booking to explore PRP options, book with Bridgeen to ensure you get the full consultation and an informed recommended treatment plan.

I had a really positive experience (consultation + treatment) with Dr Murphy for a scar which has been very problematic both medically and psychologically. He explained everything throughly gave me options for treatment and a timeline moving forward. I would highly recommend!

I’d a brilliant experience. I’d Botox, lip, jaw, and cheek filler. Seems like a lot but my face still looks like mine, just a lot more defined and refreshed. Really lovely natural results. Nurse Anne is a legend ❤️
