Everyone at AFC Urgent Care on Chapman Highway was so nice. The doctor I saw was very nice but most importantly she was thorough. This was my 2nd time going to them. In July I hurt my toe/foot. Same situation - everyone was very nice and the doctor was thorough and caring. Other facilities should take lessons from them!
First of all was the cleanliness followed by the politeness. The front desk was helpful and things moved quickly considering I hadn’t been there before. Once in the back they were very professional and listened to what I had to say about my illness. Tests were thorough and doctor explained all my results and called in my prescriptions needed. Would highly recommend this particular clinic to all.
Being able to complete the online check-in and being able to compete the paperwork was very convenient. We appreciated the staff at the front desk. They were extremely nice. The doctor and staff were very informative snd helpful. Thank you for a good experience when we needed while dealing with the flu.
We were very impressed with the facility. It was very clean, warm and friendly. The staff were all great. The doctor was very nice and discovered the problem after asking some questions and a quick exam. Fortunately, it wasn't anything serious so the doctor prescribed a medication and sent us on our way. Would definitely recommend AFC if you're a regular physician is unavailable.
The app is so easy to use. I was able to book my time slot the night before when I wasn't feeling good and be seen first thing in the morning. The front desk staff, nurse and Dr were all so friendly and attentive. This location is always my go to place when myself or my family need to be seen quickly. Dr (Heather) was so so friendly and very caring. She made sure that I was taken care of and had all I needed to get better. I would definitely recommend AFC for anyone need to be seen quickly by people who care!!
