I visited Richard this morning, he opened the door for me before the shop was even scheduled to open, took the time to show me what he had in stock, I wasn’t 100 percent on what I had been shown, Richard took the time to sit on his computer and price out other options I decided to go with the Toyo Open County AT3s he placed the order. 4 hours later I popped back in to see if my tires had arrived sure enough they were there and in between other jobs on the go he was able to mount my tires and get me on my way! He even went out back during the few extra minutes he had between phone calls and paperwork and started helping his employees out in order to get the job done! This is why he is extremely successful in this business. I will continue to make the 1 Hour commute to use him in the future!! Impeccable Customer Service is far superior to anything else around! 10/10 would recommend!!

Searched far and wide for the best deal for my RAM truck and found none better than at Affordable Rims & Tires. Professional, courteous and quick same-day service. Alignment service is also available. They also have in stock thousands of tires, which is extremely convenient. Waiting room is very clean and has a washroom and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Came Wednesday to get tires mounted onto wheel, balanced and put on car. Mechanics are nice but they chipped the wheels from their impact gun and some knicks here and there. Also, big scratch when removing old weights. I didnt even notice until now. I tried to put touch up paint but it doesn't look any better. I don't usually complain but on just 1 wheel there were 3 chips near the lug nuts. Not sure how you can damage not once but three times using a wrench on the same wheel.. If you dont care about condition of your wheels and just want quick service sure but if you do care how your wheels are after installation, I would recommend going to a different shop that takes a few more seconds to put the impact gun/torque wrench properly and not damage your wheels.
