Aga’s Restaurant in Houston is truly exceptional and deserving of every one of these five stars. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed into a lively, warm, and inviting atmosphere that reflects the richness of South Asian culture. The restaurant is clean, well maintained, and always buzzing with energy, which speaks volumes about its popularity and quality. The food is consistently outstanding. Every dish is packed with authentic flavor, cooked to perfection, and made with fresh ingredients. Whether it’s their famous grilled meats, curries, or biryani, each bite is rich, aromatic, and incredibly satisfying. The spice levels are well balanced, and the portions are generous, making the experience both filling and memorable. The service is equally impressive. The staff is attentive, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the menu, always ready to offer recommendations and ensure a great dining experience. Even during busy hours, the team remains efficient and friendly. Overall, Aga’s sets a high standard for food quality, service, and consistency. It’s easily one of the best South Asian restaurants in Houston and a place I confidently recommend to anyone looking for authentic, flavorful, and high-quality dining.

Tonight we were at AGA Restaurant, and the experience was more than wonderful. I highly recommend this restaurant. We chose a variety of dishes, and I especially recommend: 1. Dynamic Shrimp 2. Chicken 65 3. Goat Chops The food was absolutely delicious. I would also like to thank Manger Mr. Jawaid for his warm welcome and great interaction. This gentleman speaks three languages—Urdu, English, and Arabic—and he is truly the best and before I forget there is 3 gentleman there name is Alim and Haroon they are very helpful and there owner Zain Maredia he welcomes us, thanks guys for everything

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an amazing dining experience here! From the moment we arrived, everything was spot on—the service, the ambiance, and especially the food. We tried the dynamite shrimp, white kadai, and goat chops, and every dish was packed with flavor and truly unique in its own way. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the taste and presentation. A special shoutout to Saman, who took excellent care of us and made the experience even better with her attentive and friendly service. Definitely a place I’d recommend and look forward to visiting again!

Aga’s consistently delivers flavorful Pakistani/ Indian food with great variety. The chicken lollipops were well-seasoned and crispy, and the goat Peshawari karahi was rich, tender, and cooked just right. The naan was fresh and complemented the dishes perfectly, and the beef samosas were a solid start to the meal. The Aga’s platter is good for sharing, but the overall bill can add up quickly—especially with add-ons and drinks like mango lassi, which felt a bit pricey. Portions and quality are strong, but pricing is slightly on the higher side. Overall, a great spot for authentic flavors and group dining. Worth visiting, just be mindful of the total.

I could see why there’s so many good reviews about this restaurant! Great casual place to get great Indian food! The service was great, the menu had pictures which was helpful. The prices were amazing! My favorite thing that I got was the chicken lollipops, I would get that every time if I were to come back. The buttered chicken was very good, the taste of the butter. Curry was slightly underwhelming, it had spice, but no rich flavor but overall highly very good especially the chicken itself. The non-also was good but wish it was a tiny bit more crisp beer. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would be coming back.
