Took the entire family here and everyone found something to do! Great experience playing pool, arcade and throwing axes. The bar is really nice with amazing selection. All the service (games/bar/food) was great. We will definitely return!
Came here with my kids and we had the place all to ourselves which we thought would be a good thing. The young kid working the front was very nice and helpful but once we started playing the laser tag attendant could not have given less effort. He took his time getting over to the area (again no one was here) he sounded like he just woke up. Very quickly gave a crap explanation of how to use the gun and sent us on our way. Soon as I get inside it's apparent my gun doesn't even work, had he checked them before starting we would've known. But then I had to go exit the play area and hunt him down to let him know it wasn't working. This place was probably good when it opened but just seems run down and like even the people working here don't care and are bored out of their minds. Won't be coming back. Waste of money. For the price you would expect better equipment and better service. The also don't bother cleaning the laser tag area so there are nerf bullets and large balls all over the place to trip or slip on.
Very family friendly game spot🥰. We were looking for pool tables to refresh our very diminished skills in honor of my slightly sharky father. The tables are rented by the hour for a reasonable fee and the house cues are in good shape. We had lunch and the food was fine. Not everyone was blown away, but no one left food on their plates. I would particularly recommend the Buffalo Wings, which came with enough chunky carrot sticks and celery to cut the pleasant heat. There is a full bar, but midday during the week the alcohol intake was zero or so minimal we didn’t notice it, a couple of families were playing paintball and another were there mainly for the arcade games. Many arcade game venues can be extremely loud, but this one was not. Conversation was easy. Next time we will throw axes. Gotta throw axes whenever you can! Highly recommend.
My son had a great birthday party today! Kids loved it and didn’t want to leave. Great atmosphere, a lot of fun games , knowledgeable and friendly staff and referees. We had a great time !
TL;DR- nice place, customer service could have been better and the miniball guns needed to be replaced. Not sure if I would pick it again for young kids party. Let’s start with the good: Great spot, tons of parking, atmosphere is nice, lots of tables, staff was nice. I picked this location for my son’s birthday party. He picked the miniball package for 10 people. Waivers should be filled out ahead of time to save time so it’s a smoother operation. Food was pretty good also. Drinks are served strong. What I didn’t like; Since this was for a 10 year old birthday party and you are not allowed to bring in food, I was expecting plates to be more readily available, drinks that are included in the package that you have to purchase doesn’t mention that it’s canned and not a fountain drinks. Water was not included with that and had to be purchased separately. The party is reserved for three hours. But after completing one round we asked if we could take a break but was told that we had to do them back to back. Which is kinda rough cause everyone was sweaty as well as we were waiting for two more people to show up. The guns themselves need some work as the canisters that hold the mini balls would keep coming off and we would lose them. We also got the 3 gernades in our package which we never received. While my son liked the place and it was different and fun, I am not sure I would come back for a party event.
