I had a great experience with Lead Technician Jeff and his apprentice Jose. Jeff is highly sought after, and it’s easy to see why—he’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything while repairing and installing my Ecobee thermostat. Jose was polite, attentive, and worked hard alongside Jeff, making the entire process smooth and efficient. They arrived on time, worked neatly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. I truly appreciated their teamwork and attention to detail. Highly recommend Jeff and Jose!

I don’t usually write long reviews, but when a company truly goes above and beyond, I believe they deserve the recognition and Air City absolutely did just that. From the first phone call to the final handshake, the entire experience with Air City was nothing short of exceptional. Right from the moment I contacted them, I was impressed by how professional and courteous their customer service team was. They were incredibly helpful in answering all my questions, walking me through the process, and scheduling an appointment that worked perfectly with my schedule. You could immediately tell they valued their customers and prioritized clear, respectful communication something that’s unfortunately rare these days. What stood out even more was their punctuality. The technician arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. I’ve dealt with far too many companies that give you a vague time window and then show up hours late not the case with Air City. They respect your time, and that alone speaks volumes about their commitment to professionalism. The service itself was flawless. The technician was not only skilled and efficient but also incredibly friendly and respectful of my home. He took the time to explain what he was doing, why it was necessary, and made sure I was completely comfortable with everything before proceeding. There was no rushing, no upselling, and no pressure just honest, top-notch service from someone who clearly knows what they’re doing. On top of that, the technician went the extra mile by offering a few helpful maintenance tips and even cleaned up thoroughly after finishing the work. From the moment I booked the service to the moment they left, I felt taken care of. One star seems too high for the NIGHTMARE of an expensive I’ve had with this company. The owner was so great and personable when selling us the new $15,000 A/C unit we “absolutely needed”, and we’ve had more trouble with the new one than we ever did with the one prior. From the day they came to install our brand new system, the techs were here forever and couldn’t get it working properly. They sent a new crew next day to finish the install, and we’ve had problems ever since. The “brand new” system continues to go out, and I’ve heard every every excuse from “we installed a part backwards” to “we need a new valve but rigged it to work in the meantime”. When this new valve came in, this company scheduled and no show/no called not one but 2 appointments to fix it. The owner answered the second time, told me the name of my tech who was supposedly on his way and said he was calling him to see when he’d get to me and never called me back or contacted me again. When my A/C then when out in August, the tech came out and said our whole system was completely iced over, and they’d have to come back once it defrosted. They had no notes or idea what I was talking about, when I told them about all the prior issues we’ve had—zero communication within the company. The tech did tell me they were sorry they kept no showing, but they’ve had more business than they could handle. I made several calls to the company that day and was promised the manager/owner would contact me back by the next day latest. I never heard back from him, and 3 weeks later my A/C is out again. I have 3 kids who couldn’t sleep last night along with mu husband and I, and I get to do one of the biggest work Zooms of my career today on no sleep in a 90 degree home. The worst part is this company was assigned to me through my AHS Home Warranty program, and I was given a 10-year guarantee on my new A/C unit. I definitely got a lemon that has caused more trouble than I ever had with my old one $15,000 ago! I will be contacting the home warranty company and BBB today. I have never experienced such impeccable service and attention while being sold by the owner, only to turn around and receive no shows and neglect with all the problems we’ve had on the back end. I’m a VP of Business Development, and this service is completely unacceptable on every level. I hope no one else has to go through the headache and nightmare we’ve endured with this company. They gave us a lemon of an A/C unit that hasn’t worked from day 1, and I want it replaced under warranty. I am calling my attorney to get involved today as well as the home warranty company and BBB. Stay FAR away from this company if you want professional, honest and reliable service. I pray no one else has to spend $15,000 to go through such inconveniences and headaches! If you’re looking for honesty, reliability and a quality product and service, this company and their services are not for you!
