Kelly Mae is a wonderful HVAC owner and technician. She was thorough, kind, and displayed her expertise without being patronizing (spoke to both myself and my husband; not always a guarantee for the wife). She listened to our goals and offered helpful suggestions/ improvements without being a pushy salesperson. She made it clear that our estimate would include a line by line breakdown of the different parts of the project so we could understand the total cost. We were so impressed by her passion, expertise, and commitment to HVAC.
The service was great. From the person I spoke to (Frank) to the technician that came out (Mark); both were very helpful. They were patient, listened and Mark was extremely cool about answering my questions, and explaining things to me about my AC unit. The only “complaint” I have is that the part that was needed was way overpriced. I paid over $600 to have a $20-30 part at most installed. I will credit that Mark also checked out other parts of the AC unit and educated me on keeping my AC unit running smoothly. I know it’s tough to say how much someone’s experience and knowledge are worth, but it did seem very expensive for a quick and minor part swap install. Overall, the service was great.
I've used them a couple times now and they've been really great. I have a background in building sciences so I can tell Riz really knows his stuff. Communication has been great with Kelly and others. If I went with a different company, I definitely wouldn't get the knowledge and quality and communication that I get from Air Concepts.

I really appreciated the clear communication—I received both text and email updates regarding my appointment, which made the process smooth and stress-free. The technician, Mark Simms arrived right on time, was very professional, and did a great job. The overall experience was outstanding, and I would highly recommend Air Concepts to anyone in need of heating and cooling services.
