Austin came out on an emergency no heat. Great priced company, definitely family owned and not private equity. Austin was great, professional, and highly knowledgeable he took the time to ensure I understood my system.
Air control has been an awesome company to work with! We have had various issues over the past two years and they have always been quick, courteous, and helpful. Thomas in particular has been great to us as we troubleshoot issues with our outdoor unit. He is willing to explain and show the issue to you and won’t upsell or scare you into anything unnecessary. Feels more like a friend working on your house than a random technician. Plus Anna in the office is always kind and accommodating as well! Thanks for always having our backs!
Air Control was recommended by my neighbor. I called, spoke to Herbie and set up an appointment with Chase to discuss my options. He took all the necessary measurements and very promptly sent an email with models and prices. I compared it to an estimate from another company and decided I wanted to go with Air Control. I called to schedule the installation and they were so accommodating knowing that I had a bit of a tight schedule. Angie made the payment process easy for me. Bobby and Conner showed up on time in spite of the sketchy weather and didn’t stop til the job was done. The whole crew was very polite, very professional. Bobby showed me how to operate the new thermostat. Chase stayed to the very end to help with clean up and answer any final questions, assured me if I had any more questions or issues to just call. It’s been a week and all is well. Love having a warm and cozy house.
This is the second installation of a Lennox system in our home within the last 3 months, by Air Control. Chase, our Advisor, came out and evaluated the project..showed up on time and always available to answer questions and concerns. The Installation Team were Bobby and Zachary. Bobby, in particular is highly experienced, incredibly competent and knowledgeable. Zachary is friendly and communicative...good team!! Herbie & Angie own the company and are "ON IT" . This is a company made up of people you can trust on the installation side and for future service
I had a wonderful experience with this HVAC company. They worked hard, were efficient, and arrived right on time. On top of their great service, they offered me the best price for a new gas furnace and used higher-quality materials than the two other companies I received quotes from. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely great to work with. Highly recommend!
