My inquiry was responded to in mere minutes, confirmed technician required and call out was within 90 minutes. (Rare on holiday) Dalton was prompt , courteous and informative. Problem troubleshooting was brief and thorough. Problem solved and heat was working . Issue was with original installation and lack of care for equipment. I would highly recommend Air Support to anyone, all my needs in future are directed only to Dalton and Zach and Air Support family.

When we first noticed that our home wasn’t blowing warm air, we started looking for an HVAC company with good reviews, and that’s how we chose Air Support. The first technician who came out was Dillon, and he really took his time trying to find the main cause of the problem. He tested and adjusted different components instead of immediately pushing us to replace the entire system, clearly trying to avoid putting unnecessary financial pressure on us. Although the troubleshooting process took some time, we eventually decided that replacing the full system was the best option. What really stood out to us was that Dillon did not charge us for the service call or diagnostic fee. The installation itself also took a while, but it was obvious that the team was working hard and doing their best to get everything done right. The financing options helped reduce the financial burden as well. Overall, we felt genuinely cared for as customers. I’m happy to give Air Support a 5-star review and highly recommend them.
