Took my dog here 4X in 3 days, saw 4 different doctors, all who had very different diagnoses from one another. Kept him in hospital overnight even. I spent thousands of dollars here. All 4 doctors gave very different medicines and changed the meds the last doctor prescribed and turns out all 4 diagnoses from all 4 doctors were very wrong and my 4 year old Old English Sheepdog died a horrible death because of it. The real good vets aren’t the doctors in ERs. If your pet can wait to see their normal vet, please wait. One doctor, the very first one we saw, was so terrible that I paid the office visit and left. Unless I need anti venom or something that absolutely cannot wait, I would not take my pet here. Almost everything can wait on your regular vet and should. Not to mention the prices here exceed the costs of a specialty vet/hospital stay and these aren’t specialty doctors by no means. I gave 2 stars because the front desk ladies at all 4 visits were outstanding, sweet, comforting and just made me feel very comfortable. 2 of 3 vets were also pretty nice despite having the diagnoses very wrong. Unfortunately niceness doesn’t save lives.
Last year, Jan 8th, we had to rush our beautiful sweetheart 24 year old pup Magu to this place to have them put him down. He was battling seizures all night long and wouldn't snap out of it. He was old and had a wonderful life! I will never forget this place and their kind and caring team.
Took one our kitties here when we noticed a wound on him after our regular vet was closed. Very good experience despite the circumstance that brought us in! Dr. Connor was so compassionate and explained the situation and treatment plan concisely and calmly. She even comforted me when I started to get emotional, which I really appreciated. The front desk staff and techs were also so friendly. They kept us informed on our baby's progress and were easy to get a hold of if we had questions. I would definitely come here again if needed (but hopefully I won't need to)! Thank you so much for taking good care of our baby! 💖💖💖
From the first time we walked in 10/20/25 @930pm these people gave us warm and positive vibe. The reason they didn’t get 5 was because I felt like they were understaffed. Poor nurse was doing 5 peoples job. She was doing ivs, discharge, intake, and meds. It felt like eternity waiting for the next step. We ended up having to return the next morning which is when we had to make the decision to let our baby go. He was suffering and just tired. The nurses and doctors on staff at 9 am on 10/21/25 were absolutely amazing and caring. They gave us a room to say our goodbyes and never once rushed us. Everything was on our time and my babies. He went peacefully and they even offered to cremate him and gave us a nice little keepsake when we left that day. We as humans don’t deserve our pets and to know others care as much as we do is very comforting in hard times. I would use them again for sure.
My kitty Theo is only 1 but has feline lower urinary tract disease. I was unaware of him having issues until he was unable to move from the pain. I brought him here and he had to be hospitalized for two nights and 3 days. Not only did the team here save my baby’s life, they are very kind and supportive people. From the front desk staff to the Drs and nurses, absolutely the kind of team you want helping your animals. I appreciate them for saving my baby and helping me find ways to afford the whole thing as well. They are very upfront about everything as they go along with treatment, making it a less stressful situation. In an emergency of life or death, i’m glad I trusted Theos life with such an outstanding team! Not only do they care for your pet but they care for you too! My chunk is now back home resting well and with lots of after care directions as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience during such a scary time.
