Fast, well done work by friendly and very competent staff. They keep things moving but they still do their work right. My only reason for not giving them 4 stars is that while I’m waiting I really want and expect access to internet and they didn’t have it. So I couldn’t get work done while I waited.
Best tire shop I’ve ever gone to. Had a friend suggest them to me so I gave them a call. They had a cancellation and were able to schedule me the same day. I really like that they don’t book super far ahead like every other shop in town. Made it super convenient and fast. I was only waiting 20 minutes for my car to get done, which was another huge plus. On top of that, they were a really good price, the tech and front desk were awesome people. Also they have every charger you could need set up in their lobby and they noticed I only had one set of Valve stem caps so they put some on my winter tires for free. I’ve got nothing but positive stuff to say. Highly recommend this place and thank you again to everybody there!
I love this place, the people are soooo nice 🥹 Midas has failed me 3 times over the course of 1 year. Meineke couldn't help me solve my problem over the course of that same year. ONE VISIT here and I love them so much I just was so compelled to bring them drinks and snacks and probably will do so again when I come back for my appointment!! I wish I found this place sooner. TEN stars, people, TEN STARS if I could!!
Highly recommend great customer service! Loved the scheduling and timing of how the transaction went. They had my odd size tires in stock and fairly priced. Bring on the Snow! Thank you Alaska Tire Service see you in the spring to order rims and summer tires!
I have gone to the shop several times, and every time they have been fast, friendly, and fair. One time they were even free, fixing a puncture in my tire and not even bothering to charge me for it. That tire lasted me another two years before I finally had to get a whole new set. They were knowledgeable and quick to get me in and out. Always friendly, and I can’t rate them highly enough.
