I ordered a pair of jeans and a long sleeve shirt. When I got the jeans, they were a bit too large in the legs, so I contacted the company about an exchange. They processed it and emailed me a mailing label. However, I got a little busy for a couple days with my father dying and being in the hospital. Finally found a box to send them back in and the mailing label had expired. I contacted the company to please offer me a new one as I had been very busy and just found a box and they never contacted me back. Fine, whatever, I'll eat the cost. It was my fault. Though i was unaware the mailing label would expire. Fast forward to now, I'm wearing the shirt. It has been washed and worn a total of 3 times (long sleeve and it's been summer) since I bought it and there's a hole at the shoulder seam. Never again will I order from this company. I would not recommend them either.

I ordered a pair of shorts that were too small. I didn’t really see much difference in these shorts and my regular ones, so paying $50 for shorts that are supposed to be max comfort and tummy control I decided to give them a try in a larger size, so I asked for an exchange. I sent the item back and didn’t hear anything for about a month. I finally reached out (and the person who helped me was very helpful!) and they told me that they had issued me a gift card because the large size was sold out. She said these often go to spam. But, the new email with the gift card came right through and I checked spam and junk and trash and found nothing. It was odd there was no communication about the status of the order. I was just here waiting for a new pair of shorts lol. They told me I could also have a refund so I asked for that. But the bummer was that they didn’t refund me the price of shipping or the package protection - which I bought just in case I needed an exchange. It doesn’t seem fair that I only asked for a refund because the item I wanted to exchange for was sold out. I wish that could have been refunded that or they would have been clear about that before offering me a refund. I’m not sure if I would’ve had to pay these fees again if the exchange had gone through. Regardless be aware you may come out losing money. It’s not easy to return or exchange.

I own about this many pair of Judy Bluea!! Best jeans I have ever owned. I have known Sarah and her family for many years. She is truly the most honest and trust worthy person you could ever buy from. ❤❤❤

Love ordering from Alexander Jane! I love how they carry size inclusive clothing and ship worldwide. These ladies work incredibly hard and always provide great costumer service. They have introduced me to tummy control jeans and I love them so much. I always look forward to Sarah and Harmony's live product launches! They are so knowledgeable about the items they carry and are always willing to answer any questions you may have! Be sure to download the app! It's the best and easiest way to shop.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! Supposedly had an interaction with the owner of the business through email. While, she claims that the tear in my wife’s jeans is at our fault (Picture attached), the jeans purchased from this company lasted 5 months before getting a full blown tear from the stitches of pocket. Not willing to provide any solution, I was told that because they provided us a discount, they lost money when considering the factors of running a business. If you like their items, you can buy them somewhere else by googling the item. Alexander Jane might not be able to get you the items because they might go out of business before shipping it to you. Update: if you look at the timing of all reviews, they all came after my initial review. Proceed with caution.
