All Paw Spa was recommended by a friend and we have been about 4 or 5 times and the experience was always convenient and easy but the last time we went, immediately after we left I realized I wasn’t happy with his groom and called and left a voicemail to see if I could bring my dog back within the week for them to clean up his face a bit more and I never got a call back. Edit: I want to amend my review to note that I took my dog to his old groomer who was shocked that his nails hadn’t been cut in months and his dew claws were curling into his skin. He has been seeing All Paws Spa every 6 weeks since August. I’m disappointed that I still haven’t heard from All Paws.

First-time client here. I found it strange that we couldn’t walk in, especially since my dog was unfamiliar with the facility and I was told when I made the appointment that I could walk him in. I gave specific verbal details about the cut, and one major request was not to shave his fanny bare, only to trim it. I didn’t want it completely bare, especially because it’s cold. Although I didn’t provide many pictures, the woman I spoke with seemed to understand my request. I even asked if I could write my specific instructions on the agreement before signing so it would be in writing, but I was told it would be fine. I attached photos doesnt look like he had any grooming even with the requested couple inches being removed. Overall, I would go back. However, for future clients, I recommend touring the facility beforehand, bringing detailed pictures, and having all specific requests written on the agreement before signing.
