I chose All Star because of their reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Air con is a significant investment and involves electrical installation, so you want competence and good service. Their price was super competitive and when you see the amount of work and expertise that goes into installing it I'm surprised how cheaply they could do it. The communication and support as well as the completed work was excellent and they sourced a well priced decorator to ensure everything looked immaculate once done. They clearly value customer service so I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

I came across Allstar aircon when I was looking for a certified Daikin installer- they are local to me and Daikin+ (in layman’s terms, the best of the best). The quote was extremely competitive (I had had 5 much higher wuotes), they accept credit cards (including Amex!) and they came after a few days and installed a 7.1kw unit in my big loft. The unit works perfectly and now I spend so much time up there when it wasn’t usable before (without AC, temperatures go up to 35 degrees!). I have pestered Ted with some quite basic questions and he’s always replied instantly even at weekends or late at night. They also came back to do some extra cosmetic work to make the outside unit as unobtrusive as possible. I truly couldn’t recommend them more! True professionals and super clean and considerate too!
