Came here on the 28th November 2025 all I can day is my car is like new and smells fabulous they even washed my kids car seat for me . Staff are friendly,amazing prices, lovely waiting area and the staff that work there work so hard and it shows. I only came here by chance I will not be going anywhere else.
Not at all satisfying don't trust these car was as I had a carwash on 15th morning it took more than 1hr and they tell you 20% off and still they charge you extra than what they do. They tell engine wash and keep normal water on the engine they will charge £15. Very Very bad there are some good car wash around Cardiff choose wisely when you need car wash. Cashier will fool people easily. The prices kept are not genuine as of my experience yesterday. They charged extra after the entire car wash and he was telling some stories.
I returned to this car wash today after two or three months and was very impressed. The service has become even more attentive and detailed than before. It seemed the boss (looks like) was present, and his professionalism was clear – he noticed small details and addressed them immediately. Although it was a busy afternoon, the team worked with great efficiency and left the car spotless. Considering both the price and the quality, I would regard this as the best car wash in Cardiff. The site is also spacious and convenient. I will certainly continue coming here and plan to trust them with future car body maintenance.
Owner was very nice, took his time on the car and I have fell in love with my car again, looks brand new inside and out. I even got a discount from the kind owner, will be coming back!!
This was the worst car wash experience I had in UK. First and last time to came here. They only presue speed, not quality. After they told me my car was cleaned and asked me to pay for it, I noticed there's still plenty of dirty around all the nearside window. I pointed out the problem and they were not happy to clean again for roughly 5 to 10 minutes. They even mock ed me and said that I didn't pay for 100 pounds to wash my car, otherwise there won't be such issue. Besides, they said they won't do anything about washing my car even there's still dirty all around. Definitely, I was angry about what they said and did. I pay for washing car, how come they treat customer like this??? Never ever recommend this car wash.
