I've rented bounce houses from this company for over 10 years back when Trudy ran things. I tried to order a bounce house today for my daughter's party and I'm told I have to spend a minimum of $800 to get delivery in my area now. I'm so disappointed because this has always been my favorite bounce house rental place for being priced fairly and also having lots of options to choose from. However, I will not pay $800 for bounce houses just to be able to have them delivered to my house when it was never like that before. I will no longer be using this company.

What a great place to rent from! Customer service was Wonderful! Everyone was super helpful and communicative! The bouncy castle was HUGE and the kids loved it! Definitely five stars … we will be renting again for our next event!

We got a slip and slide for my son’s party. Everything from the delivery to the take down was so easy. The All Star Jump employees set it all up and came back to collect when agreed upon. My son loved it and it was a huge hit for the big and little kids.

All Star Jump has ALWAYS been amazing!!!! I first used them about 7yrs ago and keep coming back for family events. I recommend them to everyone I know. Everyone you interact with at All Star are All Stars!! They are polite, professional, and willing to help with any questions you have. Setup and take down are quick. They always call before they show up, which is very nice! Trudy is absolutely incredible and will get back to you immediately, which makes you feel like they actual value you as a customer!! Anyways, if you haven't used All Star Jump, I highly recommend them!!! You will not be disappointed!

I rented, at the last minute, the 31 ft obstacle course for my son's 6th backyard bbq party within the same week of his party. This was a HUGE hit for the party! The customer service and courtesy planning on picking up and dropping off times and dates were superb! They totally were considerate, accommodating, & worked w us on the pick up and drop off times for this great rental. This was our first time ever renting such a thing and will use them again! From the party, I referred them to my friends and family! Absolutely worth the money and was a great deal overall!!!! The kids LOVED it and we had a GREAT turnout because everyone was looking forward to this party fun event rental!!! (even w the turn of the weather conditions regardless haha. It briefly rained, snowed, hailed, was windy the whole day w party cloudy conditions and sun. The high temp of the day on April 10th was not even 50° haha)
