If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely appalled by the care they are provided recently. I have never had an issue with routine check ups for my son but he recently got sick. I brought him in to have him checked out. The doctor looked him over and said it must be something viral, and that he did have fluid in his ear, but it wasn’t nothing. She was concerned with at the moment two days pass and he is up all night, crying, saying that his ear hurts, Explosive diarrhea and his nose pouring. I called the doctor back to update them and ask if he could have some medication center. What should we do? She requested that we come back and be seen again I had His dad take him to be seen again today. She said he in fact did have an ear infection and sent in medication’s for him. When my son’s father made it to the pharmacy. They said they didn’t have anything for him so he came home. waited went back. They still had nothing by that time. The pharmacy had closed and so had the office. I decided to call the after our lawn and asked if it could be resent to a pharmacy that was still open. This was at 7 o’clock in the evening. She said she had sent it. I sent him back up there to try to get the medication when he came back empty-handed I called Walgreens personally and asked if they had medication for him and they said no they checked all the Walgreens and didn’t have anything for him so I called the nurse line back and the nurse basically told me that there was nothing she could do about it and felt the need to remind me that that was the emergency line . My 2 year old crying in pain may not be a emergency to some people But I feel like the provider initially failed us on Tuesday when she seen the fluid and decided not to do anything about it. I’m sorry but I will not put my sons well being in the hands of people that are not diligent in the work they do. I will not be returning!

Dr. Wessels has been so wonderful for our daughter and family! I am so thankful that we found her when we did and my only regret is that we didn’t find her sooner!

Do not waste your time with these people. They're on their last leg. Do not value customers loyalty and the wait times are unacceptable. WAY BETTER options out there. Apparently if you're 10 minutes late due to things out of your control, they won't see you. It's a joke.

Dr. Wessels-Anderson is the best! She has been taking care of my daughter since she was born and my son for 11 years. She is not only their pediatrician she is their med Dr too. She does so much for them always. Best Dr around.

We absolutely love this drs office and the nurse practitioners here. My daughter is always so happy and feels like the providers actually take time with her and care about her.
