I’ve tried to get a Pioneer amp repaired and got crabby old men that want to blame the customer or not do what the customer suggested but instead do it their way and say it’s fixed when it’s not! Spent close to $400 dollars and the one guy there that I thought wasn’t like the rest of them, the last time I called and talked to him he was rude and acted like other customers took priority over me on something they couldn’t fix! After taking it to a competitor shop, it got fixed and things straightened out that Alphatech messed up and cost another $100 for a few capacitors and it works perfectly. I have an opinion about them. Hobbyists, not professionals or experts whatsoever!

They repaired my vintage equipment quickly and at a good price, especially when you consider nobody else in town can repair it. Glad they're there! Mike (I think) was super nice and explained everything. Took the time to listen when I was dropping off - down to remembering I needed a replacement antenna for the tuner. Also, tons of vintage and some modern Hi-Fi for you to peruse.

Went in to get my needle replaced on my record player. Incredibly friendly, clean, and welcoming. Staff were so kind, price was reasonable for an easy fix. Would 100% go back and highly recommend.

Went to get my record player fixed by it was irreparable, but I got an excellent deal on another player and a few records!! The shop had some captivating vintage sound systems and when he was looking over my broken player he was informative and quick. He didn't even charge me for looking over my machine. I'm so happy with the entire experience.

Alpha Tech cleaned and repaired my Marantz 2265B receiver and it looks and sounds amazing. They cleaned and improved all connections, fixed my left channel issue, and replaced all the lamps. Fair price and good communication. I cannot recommend them enough!
