Excellent service, and everything came out impeccable. They altered a number of items for me, from pants/skirts/dresses/etc, and everything came out wonderful.

I finally found my dream dress a month before my wedding. They were able to work with my timeline (with a small rush fee) and made my dress fit me like a glove!! I needed it to be hemmed and have the waist taken in, and I ended up adding a bustle and he made sure to show my mom and MOH how to do the bustle properly. They were very communicative and accommodating. I highly recommend going here if you want the job done right! They did beautiful work.

I always passed by Alter Up when I went to the Chandler Mall, that's how I came across this place and their reviews. Recently brought my MOB sequin/lace dress for alteration there. David is professional, friendly, and thorough. I had to bring my dress back a couple of times for additional tweaks and David always completed the alterations on-time. At the last visit I decided to tighten up the openings on the arm holes of my dress to make the upper part of my dress to fit better and he didn't charge me additional fee. He cares about customer satisfaction. I'd recommend this place.
